Privacy

Lad Leagues stores the account and league records needed to run a private group: your email address, display name, the version of the terms, privacy notice, and 21+ attestation you accepted, the time you accepted them, whether you opted into a recap email, a take-a-break date, and whether you hide your stakes.

League records include your seat, the slips and legs you enter, and amounts the group records for its own tracking. We do not collect a date of birth. We do not sell this information, and we do not send you to a sportsbook.

Recap email is off unless you opt in. The recap is not sent yet. You can download or delete your account from the account page. Deleting the account closes your login and turns your seats into former members.
